Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout depending on the weight of your order and the delivery address.
Dispatch times
Manufacturing time for all products is specified in each product’s description. All orders are being dispatched within 1 – 2 weeks. Manufacturing and dispatch times may vary in case of a large number of orders in the workshop. In this case you will be notified by a special banner at the top of the website and additionally you will receive an informational letter with the expected date of dispatch of your order to the e-mail address you specified when placing your order. If you need information on our current order processing times or require a specific delivery date, please feel free to contact us.
Delivery
Delivery to Poland usually takes 24 to 48 hours from being dispatched.
Delivery to the rest of the world using tracked post usually takes 5-10 working days.
Some parcels can take up to 30 days to arrive but this is very unlikely. You will be provided with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched. Please contact us ASAP if there has been a delay with your order and we will look into it for you.
